Dear Media Personnel:

We are currently accepting media credential requests for the 38th Annual Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach taking place April 13 - 15.
All requests for Long Beach media credentials must be postmarked or submitted electronically by Friday, March 16. All media outlets must submit their requests in writing on company letterhead or by electronic form (located on this website) stating the name of person or persons needing credentials and his or her function at the race. The request must come from the outlet's editor or producer. We do not accept requests from freelance journalists, writers or photographers, nor do we accept faxes or e-mails. If you are a freelancer working for a credited news outlet, then the request must come from the person you are working for.

Once we have received and processed your request, a confirmation letter will be mailed or faxed to you.

After we have processed your credentials, there will be no changing or switching of names. Due to space allocation within the race circuit, we reserve the right to limit the number of credentials issued for each news outlet and also to limit your accessibility to different areas.
