Located in the northern upper level of the Convention Center.

• Accommodates up to 50 guests in a comfortable setting,
• Furnishings include tables, chairs, sofa and one HDTV,
• Full catering and beverage service at an additional charge,
• Easy access to grandstand seating,
• Maximum of 50 hospitality area access stickers,
• Custom room sizes and configurations available for any corporate need.

• Accommodates up to 50 guests comfortably,
• 30' x 30' area, 15' x 30' canopy,
• Four round tables,
• Two banquet tables,
• 40 white wood chairs,
• Reception table and two chairs,
• One closed-circuit HDTV,
• Patio fencing,
• Maximum of 75 hospitality area access stickers,
• Catering and beverage service at an additional charge.

Trackside Chalets: $10,250

Overlooking the high-speed back straightaway on Seaside Way,  Trackside Chalets include the same amenities as Chalets above.  Admission purchased separately. 

Primary Hospitality Tent: $9,500

• Accommodate up to 130 guests comfortably,
• 40' x 40' (tent with accompanying patio area),
• Eight round tables,
• Two banquet tables,
• 80 Samsonite chairs,

• Maximum of 150 hospitality area access stickers,
• Catering and beverage service at an additional charge.

No matter what your group's size, our staff can design a custom tent package to accommodate your needs AND budget!
